Chair: Professor Leslie Daly - Professor of Epidemiology and Biomedical Statistics, School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Population Science, UCD. Chairman of CSTAR.

- Professor Doug Altman - Professor of Statistics in Medicine, Director of the Centre for Statistics in Medicine and the Cancer Research UK's Medical Statistic Group, University of Oxford.
- Dr. Ruth Barrington - Chief Executive Officer, Molecular Medicine Ireland.
- Professor Ian Graham - Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine, TCD and Consultant Cardiologist, Adelaide and Meath Hospital, Dublin, incorporating the National Children’s Hospital (AMNCH).
- Dr. Teresa Maguire - Head of Population Health Sciences & Health Services Research, HRB.
