Neurological Alliance of Ireland Innovation Award

In 2010, Brain Awareness Week, which is organised by the Neurological Alliance of Ireland, runs from the 8th to 13th March. The theme of Brain Awareness Week this year is Services for People with Neurological Conditions in Ireland: Innovations and Solutions.

To promote the theme of innovation, the NAI in association with Medtronic will present an Innovation award as part of Brain Awareness Week 2010. The award will recognise outstanding achievement in the development and/ or delivery of innovative solutions that have improved (or which have the potential to improve) the quality of life of people living with a neurological condition in Ireland.

Entry is open to anyone working in the area of neurological conditions in Ireland (including but not exclusive to NAI member groups, health professionals, public or private organisations, academics and researchers). A maximum of three entries may be submitted by any one organisation or group.

The award will be made to the project which in the opinion of the judges has made the most significant innovation in neurological service delivery .

Closing Date for entry

The closing date for receipt of completed entries is 12 noon, Friday January 22nd. Entries should be sent to: NAI Innovation Award 2010, Neurological Alliance of Ireland, Coleraine House, Coleraine Street, Dublin 7.
